Our Tandoori Quinoa Salad, which is available during the summer.

We can’t wait for you to try our new Tandoori Quinoa Salad, now available at All India Cafe in Glendale! This summer sensation is comprised of paneer and mushrooms atop of bed of Romaine, turmeric quinoa, cucumbers, and tomatoes, & finished off with our homemade dressing and your choice of protein: chicken, sea bass, salmon, shrimp, or Japanese eggplant.

A few reasons behind us choosing our star ingredient, quinoa:

  • a fantastic natural source of (vegan & vegetarian!) protein (twice that of rice!)

  • one of the few plants that contains all nine essential amino acids

  • a terrific source of magnesium, manganese, potassium, zinc, copper, folate, iron, & phosphorus

  • has more fiber than most grains

  • is over 10% of the RDA for vitamins B1, B2 & B6

  • is naturally gluten free

  • a low glycemic index food; great for blood sugar control

Quinoa with fresh vegetables.

We cook our quinoa with turmeric for a warm flavor that is brimming with incredible health benefits. Turmeric is beloved not only for its richness and depth it naturally adds to our food, but also for its:

  • ability to improve brain function and lower risk of brain diseases

  • anti-inflammatory properties

  • antioxidant-rich effects

  • bioactive, medicinal compounds including Circumin

  • heart-healthy attributes

Samosas: The Snack of India

Fresh samosas with traditional dipping sauces.

Undoubtedly one of our most popular and frequently-ordered appetizers, samosas are a delight to the senses.

Historically a vegetarian dish, samosas can be filled with savory and spicy additions like lentils, peas, noodles, onions, potatoes, minced lamb, and beef. Also popular in a myriad of Asian countries and the Mediterranean, and Africa, the actual name for these turnovers varies by region, but all of the names refer to this same, dumpling-like snack that we call a samosa.

At All India Cafe, we make vegetarian samosas, stuffed with potatoes, peas, spices, herbs, and serve with a tamarind chutney for a flavor juxtaposition that is sure to thrill your palate.

Our Samosas are also available as a vegan appetizer if you'd like -- just ask!

Have you tried our samosas? Use code SAMOSA at checkout for your next online All India Cafe order and you'll receive a free order.

Since 1996, All India Cafe has been an inviting Indian dining experience that is healthy, fresh, & that shows the owners' genuine dedication to each and every guest. Discerning locals who affectionately refer to their favorite eatery as "All India" have been repeat customers for years because of the impeccable service and authentic, consistently delicious cuisine. The award-winning menu primarily draws inspiration and tradition from Northern India while infusing a bit of Southern India's flavor and flare. Everything is made fresh in the restaurant (home-style cooking without any artificial coloring or preservatives; only natural spices & fresh ingredients are used) -- the food is nutritious and comforting while being low in fat, and there are many gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.

A local favorite and tradition, All India Cafe Pasadena has been voted Best Indian Restaurant by San Gabriel Valley residents in Pasadena Weekly's annual 'Best Of' Awards for the last 15 years and counting.
